Make your business easier to choose.
I help SME owners and founders communicate their value in ways that build trust and turn attention into results.
Hello there! I'm Anh Nguyen, a creative brand consultant with experience shaping global brands like Apple, Deliveroo, Shell, Cathay, Starbucks and Trip.com.
Now I bring that same strategic thinking to growing businesses that do great work, but are still too easy to overlook.
If your business is being undersold by how it shows up, let’s talk.

Brand foundations
Audit physical and digital touchpoints to identify trust and conversion gaps, then sharpen your positioning and core story.
You need this if:
- You’re building something great but struggle to get everyone excited.
- Customers only show up when you offer a discount or promo.
- You struggle to explain what makes you different in under 30 seconds.
- You have steady traffic, but sales and bookings have stalled.
- You want to fix what’s broken before paying for a full redesign.
Content & campaign strategy
Build a practical content and campaign plan that drives real demand, not just more likes.
You need this if:
- You post all the time, but it’s not helping your bottom line.
- You’re running out of ideas and end up posting the same things over and over.
- You’re not sure which channel is actually worth your time right now.
- Your team needs a simple monthly plan they can actually finish.
- You want to turn your existing customers into regulars.
Creative development
AI-powered, high-converting creative output — from social assets to sleek, SEO-optimised websites.
You need this if:
- You’re losing weekends to Canva or basic website edits.
- You need professional help but aren't ready to hire full-time.
- Your DIY look is making your business feel small.
- Great ideas get stuck because you can’t build them fast enough.
- You’ve tried delegating before, but ended up doing the work yourself.
Targeted workshops
From AI integration to branding and content fundamentals, arm your team with the knowledge to succeed.
You need this if:
- Your team is junior in key specialist areas.
- You need fast upskilling as AI tools keep changing.
- Brand and content quality is inconsistent across the team.
- You want stronger in-house execution, not constant outsourcing.
- New hires need one shared playbook and clear standards.
Selected work
Trip.com (Get Trip Smart): integrated campaign
Problem: In a market full of brands shouting about discounts, Trip.com needed a way to stand out without joining the race to the bottom.
Solution: We turned familiar Singaporean travel quirks into a clear brand angle, helping Trip.com own a smarter, more trustworthy position built on convenience and peace of mind. Launched across 850+ spots in Singapore, with contextual messaging tailored to business and shopping districts, the campaign generated strong buzz and meaningful brand uplift.

Apple (Shot on iPhone - Poached): branded content
Problem: Apple wanted to inspire Singaporeans to shoot more content on iPhone and deepen brand love to stay ahead of competitors. But they lacked a local story that would make the product culturally relevant rather than advertised.
Solution: We tapped into Singapore's national obsession — chicken rice — to create Poached, an award-winning documentary and the first of its kind shot on iPhone. Directed by David Gelb, creator of Chef's Table and Jiro Dreams of Sushi, it turned a familiar hawker rivalry into a story locals instantly recognised, sparking nationwide conversation while deepening brand love and bringing iPhone's creative potential to life.

@apple (Holi): social
Problem: Apple wanted @apple to strengthen community on social, not just maintain a polished presence. The challenge was creating social-first content that could invite connection and conversation while still feeling distinctly Apple.
Solution: We worked with local creators to turn familiar cultural moments into stories people wanted to watch, share and talk about. By letting the storytelling lead, we made iPhone feel embedded in real life rather than advertising, helping @apple build stronger engagement and community.

The Straits Times (Headstart): social
Problem: The Straits Times launched Headstart to reach Gen Z with honest conversations about money, work and life, but needed to turn that ambition into a voice Gen Z would actually trust and a social format that could keep earning attention.
Solution: We shaped the Headstart team personas, ideated repeatable content series and built the social engine behind them. In three months, we produced 25 reels with Straits Times' Gen Z reporters, averaging 200-300K views across platforms while helping the brand show up with more trust, relevance and consistency.

Reka: product film
Problem: AI startups often struggle to explain what they do in a way people can quickly understand. Reka needed its product story to feel simpler, clearer and easier to connect with.
Solution: We brought a more human, conversational tone to a highly technical product, translating complex AI capability into a story people could actually follow. That made Reka feel more approachable, understandable and memorable without dumbing down the technology.

Starbucks (Cherry Blossom AR): experiential
Problem: Starbucks had just launched a new Cherry Blossom range of drinks and needed a way to drive people in-store. A traditional campaign could only build awareness, but not give people a real reason to step inside.
Solution: We went beyond typical product promotion and turned the launch into an experience people wanted to engage with. Using AR, we transformed Starbucks locations across APAC into virtual sakura groves, giving people a reason to visit, explore and share the magic of cherry blossom season.

Shell (Mini GP): influencer activation
Problem: Shell had Sebastian Vettel for just 30 minutes during the F1 Singapore Grand Prix and wanted to get more out of it than a standard meet and greet. The challenge was turning that limited time into something that could rally the F1 fan community and create real excitement around the partnership.
Solution: We went beyond the usual handshakes and selfies to create a fan challenge built around Vettel's precision and competitive spirit. The result was an experience that sparked conversation before the event, gave fans something worth talking about in the moment and kept the buzz going long after it ended.

Horizon Wellness Club: website development
Problem: As a new gym in Singapore's CBD, Horizon Wellness Club was entering a crowded market with stiff competition. They needed a website that could clearly communicate their core offering and make it easy for people to book.
Solution: We created a modern website with a strong UX/UI foundation, built for clarity, conversion and search visibility from the ground up. The result was a cleaner digital experience that drove revenue growth by turning more visitors into bookings.
